Be Perfectly Joined Together

Come Follow Me Lessons & Activities for Kids

Week 35 | August 19 - August 25

A new lesson bundle has rolled in! Week 33 is a gem! I love that we got to talk about the Holy Ghost with sack puppets. I feel that teaching our kids how to listen to the spirit is one of the most valuable tools we can give them in life. Plus, the “my body is a temple” coloring page is too cute! It’s a great discussion you can have this week. Make sure to use the perfect song on the song list provided to go with the activity page. We provide you with a full lesson plan page each week with all the details. Of course there is a fun game to play with your family or primary class too! Don’t miss the linking circle of people! This helps teach that we can be perfectly joined together, which is the title for this week. A great connection there!

If you have a membership this lesson bundle will be in your downloads. If you don’t have a membership, what are you waiting for? Our resource makes teaching Come Follow Me in your home so easy, engaging and simple for you to execute! We do sell individual lessons in our shop too.

Here are some real life photos of all the digital downloads you get in the lesson bundle this week. We know you will love them as much as we do!

On Instagram we give you extra support. I go LIVE every Tuesday morning. If you feel like you need more information after this post just find us there. I save the LIVE to my Instagram TV so it can always be found for easy reference. Our goal is to give you tons of support with the Come Follow Me curriculum in your home.

Be sure to visit our shop were we offer many items that will help you create gospel centered home. This ABC Quiet book is a family favorite at our house. It saves me during sacrament meeting and is easy to print to Walmart photo and slide into a 4×6 photo book.

We hope you enjoy all the materials in the lesson bundle this week! Sharing is caring! We would love if you share about us with your friends and family members. I know so many people are struggling with the home centered learning and any support is greatly appreciated. We do have a free membership option too. Jump on the email list and be notified when our free lesson goes out, the first week each month, and about special offers and deals too!

Thank you!

“Teach These Things Freely unto Your Children”

From the very beginning, the gospel of Jesus Christ was taught by prophets to help families find peace in the world and obtain the promise of being together forever. Parents taught their children to “call upon the name of the Lord, and the Lord blessed them” (Moses 6:4). In today’s world, we shouldn’t hesitate to start teaching our children to do the same. From showing our toddlers how to pray to helping our teenagers plan a FHE lesson, we can bless their lives now and forever as they learn to “call upon the name of the Lord.”

The Fall of Adam and Eve

Parenting is not easy. The experiences of Adam and Eve show that being a parent has never been without trials and heartache. Yet through raising their family, they learned true happiness comes as we try to follow Jesus Christ. Eve said without the pain that had happened in her life, she “never should have known good and evil, and the joy of our redemption, and the eternal life which God giveth” (Moses 5:11).

“In the Beginning God Created the Heaven and the Earth”

At the start of each new year, parents plan out activities and events for their family to do during the next 12 months. We hope to make happy memories, build our children’s character, and provide a refuge of emotional and spiritual support during hard times that will inevitably come. We want the best for our family and hope that at the end of the year, we will reflect on how good a year it was.
