One of the many ways we can be a missionary now is by being a good friend. Use the Friendship Flowers and Vase and discuss the quality on each flower.

After reading Alma 11 and 12, use the God’s Plan is a Plan of Redemption Board Sort to teach one of the many important things Alma and Amulek taught the people.

For bonus activities we suggest writing to a missionary (family, friend, ward member) and tell them what you are doing to be a missionary. If you served a mission share some of your experiences and consider making one of your favorite foods from your mission to share with your family.

Use the Body and Glove object lesson to teach about the resurrection and complete the coloring page.

The Book of Mormon videos are a good resource to use to help make the scriptures more alive.

“Noah Found Grace in the Eyes of the Lord”

The phrase, “found grace in the eyes of the Lord (Moses 8:27), has at least two meanings that can bless our families. One is that Noah lived in a way that allowed the Lord to strengthen him and his family during difficult circumstances. A second meaning is that Noah discovered the peace that comes from looking at life through God’s eyes. By looking at life with an eternal perspective, Noah “walked with God, as did also his three sons” (Moses 8:27) even in a world filled with wickedness.
