Come Follow Me Toddler Activity

Use the arrows to create a maze. Let your child follow the arrows to the find the smiley face at the end. Read D&C 14:7 and talk about how Heavenly Father has given us a way to return to Him. Sing the song “Choose The Right” and let the children take turns making their own mazes and following the arrows.

STUDY IT ACTIVITY:

Use the “Stick Puppets” as you study D&C 14, 15, 16, and 17. Give each person a puppet to hold up when the verse you read is about their person. Or give each person a set of puppets and everyone can hold up the corresponding puppet.

Through His Prophet, the Lord promised the saints that, “If ye labor with all your might, I will consecrate that spot that it shall be made holy” (Doctrine and Covenants 124:44)

President Nelson referenced D&C 121:45, where the Lord shares that having confidence “in the presence of God” comes from having charity and virtue. Additionally, we’re told that if we have charity and virtue, we will have a greater understanding of “the doctrine of the priesthood.”
