All That the Lord Hath Spoken We Will Do

Week 17 | April 18 - April 24

We have multiple Come Follow Me subscriptions and multiple activities in each subscription to help you find what works best for your family. Our goal is to help families come closer to Christ and we’ve worked really hard on providing more options to help achieve our goal.

Toddler Come Follow Me Activity

With your child draw a picture of each family member. Share special characteristics or talents that each person has. Teach that we have a Father in Heaven and we are His children. Sing “I Am A Child of God” (Children’s Songbook pg 2). When we love Heavenly Father we put Him first by keeping His commandments. Read Exodus 20:2. Talk about additional ways to put God first in our lives as you color the coloring page. Share your testimony that we are blessed when we put our Heavenly Father first.

Elementary Come Follow Me Activities

DO IT ACTIVITY:

Make an Observe and Serve Poster. Read Exodus 18:13-26 and discuss how Moses observed the needs of those around him and then served them by teaching them about God. Take time to observe needs in your family and how you can serve each other this week. See the Go & Do instruction page in your materials for the full instructions.

SURPRISE ACTIVITY:

Review the ten commandments found in Exodus 20:3-17. Follow the instructions to cut out and fold the Ten Commandments Chatterbox. Take turns selecting one section then see who can name all 10 commandments. Then, cut apart the Ten Commandments Puzzle to review the commandments as you put it back together.

These are just two of the six fun, creative, and engaging activities for this week’s Come Follow Me FHE lesson. See your lesson plan page and materials for more activities and QR codes to videos that go along with what we are learning about this week!
