Teach These Things Freely unto Your Children

Come Follow Me Lessons & Activities for Kids

Week 5 | January 17 - January 23

We have multiple Come Follow Me subscriptions and multiple activities in each subscription to help you find what works best for your family. Our goal is to help families come closer to Christ and we’ve worked really hard on providing more options to help achieve our goal.

Toddler Come Follow Me Activity

Tell your child about a skill or talent you learned from your parents. Explain that Heavenly Father wants parents to teach their children. Parents teach their children the gospel, to be kind. to serve others, etc. Hang the “Scavenger Hunt Pictures” around your house. Then turn out the lights, give your child a flashlight, and let them find the pictures around the room. Teach your child about the principle that each picture they find represents. Share your testimony about when we learn about the gospel we will have light in our lives.

Many Psalms are attributed to King David, whose relationship with God is one of the most detailed in the entire Old Testament. It’s no wonder David is thought to be the author of so many songs that praise the Lord for His strength, His mercy, His patience with His children, and His eternal love for all mankind.

“Yet Will I Trust in Him”

Job had many blessings in his life: a large family, a devoted spouse, and wealth that provided plenty and more for his household. Eventually, Job’s faith was rewarded, and his trust in God was justified.
