Read Hebrews 3:7-19 and teach your family what it means to have a soft heart. You can use objects like a rock and sponge and pour water over them to show when we have a soft heart we absorb the teachings of Jesus.

Read 2 Timothy 3 and help your family understand the importance of living the gospel to help protect them from danger. Then do the Staying Afloat object lesson.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18, 5:1:10 and 2 Thessalonians 1:4-10. Make the mobile together and talk about each piece and how it helps us prepare for the second coming.

Use binoculars, magnify glass, or eye glasses to look around your home for “good things”. Then color the coloring page while listening to the “Thirteenth Article of Faith” song.

In Ephesians 2:19-22 we read about Christ being the chief cornerstone of the church. Explain what a cornerstone is and why it’s important by making the cup stack.

Discuss ways your family can serve those in your home or neighborhood. Have fun making heart shaped sugar cookies together and deliver them to a neighbor or friend.
