With your family read the introduction to the lesson in the Come Follow Me For Individuals and Families Manual on page 149. Let your children create the “Temple Stain Glass Window Craft.” As you work on the craft read D&C 97:15-16 and 95:8. You could sing songs about the temple or go to a temple near you and walk around the temple grounds.

Before you start cut up the letters from the “Repent Word Scramble.” Lay the letters in a mixed up pile in front of your family. Let them unscramble the word. Read D&C 93:1. Invite each person to go to a private place and pray to Heavenly Father to be forgiven. Return back together and show the “Christ Print.”

Heavenly Father has taught us how to care for our bodies by giving us the Word of Wisdom. Make the “My Healthy Body Puppet” and play the guessing game. At the end of the lesson make a fruit smoothie. Share how the Word of Wisdom blesses your life and helps you keep your body healthy.

Read D&C 88:119. Create the “Prepare Every Needful Thing Mini Book.” Then go through every page and discuss what it means what it looks like in your house. Think about how each of you can make your house more spiritual.

Read D&C 86:11. Play the “I Can Be A Light To Others Game.” Make a goal of how each person in your family is going to let their light shine to others this week.
