This week’s activities center around God’s comfort. Enjoying playing games and having heartfelt discussions as a family.

  1. Play “Simon Says” as a way to demonstrate what it means to hearken, first listen then do. Then color the hearken coloring page.
  2. Jesus will comfort us when we feel sad or frightened. Like a teddy bear or stuffed animal can sometimes bring us comfort. Play the teddy bear and heart matching game as you talk about ways we can find comfort.
  3. Read Isaiah 42:6 and hold hands as you go on a walk. Heavenly Father will hold our hand by helping us and guiding us in life. Play chain reaction tag as a family. See the lesson plan page for instructions on how to play.
