Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service operated by Come Follow Me FHE. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Come Follow Me FHE. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination and Suspension of Services

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, see subscription section.

Subscriptions and Auto-renew

Your subscription or subscriptions will start when payment is confirmed and will auto-renew. If you do not wish your subscription to auto-renew, you may cancel your subscription by going to My Account > My Subscription and click the “cancel” button prior to the end of your current membership term. If you cancel your account, all digital files, and access to these purchases will no longer be available.

Access to Digital Subscription Files

You will have access to each lesson download for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks the oldest lesson file will be taken down when we add the most current lesson. Be sure to download each lesson file if you want to keep them. We are not responsible for the loss of any files or failure to download before the lessons are removed. We will not be sending out any lessons individually after they have been taken down.

Everyday Coloring Subscription

On the first business day of each month the previous months digital files will be taken down. Upcoming digital files will be added the last business day of the month (if the first of the month falls on the weekend) or the first of the month if it is a business day. You will only have access to one monthly coloring bundle at a time. When you access the pages we recommend downloading the digital files to your device or making a backup copy.

30 Day Full Access Trial

When using a coupon code for a free 30 day full access trial you are required to put in a credit card number even though the total is $0.

After 30 days your card will automatically be charged for the full monthly amount for another 30 days of access and your subscription will continue to auto-renew until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel at your subscription at any time. It is your responsibility to cancel your free trial before the 30 days is up if you do not wish your card to be charged. If the user fails to cancel before the 30 days is up Come Follow Me FHE will issue a full refund as long as the user contacts us within 5 business days via email. If you contact us after 5 business days we will not issue a refund.

Refund Policy, Returns, and Pricing

Once a product or subscription has been purchased by you, all sales are final and no cancellations, refunds, or returns will be given. If you terminate a subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for any period of time you did not use in that billing cycle. The only exception is customers who have a yearly digital subscription. If we are contacted within 30 days of renewal a refund will be given minus the processing fee. You can cancel your subscription at anytime see ” Termination and Suspension of Services” above and are responsible to manage your subscription. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider or report as spam as this is a service you signed up for. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final. We reserve the right to change any of our product prices.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Limits of Use

As a condition of use, you promise not to use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Come Follow Me FHE. Persons with a paid membership have the right to use our materials for personal use. You agree not to use our materials to redistribute, sell, or post on the internet copyrighted content without first gaining permission from the author.
