We have multiple lessons for a variety of ages in our digital subscription to help you find what works best for your family. Our goal is to help families come closer to Christ and we’ve worked really hard on providing more options to help families implement Come Follow Me in their home.
Toddler Come Follow Me Activity
- Read Mark 10:6-8 and teach your family that Heavenly Father wants us to marry in the temple and have eternal families. Show your family pictures of temples around the world. You could also show some of your wedding photos. Then color the coloring page of temples.
- Summarize the story of the rich young man in Mark 10:17-22. Teach that in order to return to live with Heavenly Father we have to obey the commandments. Complete the puzzle and explain each kid friendly picture of the commandment as you put the puzzle together.
- Read Mark 10:13-16 then listen to the song “Jesus Loved The Little Children” (Children’s Songbook pg. 59). Sing the song multiple times to help your children learn the words. Remind your children that God loves them and wants little children to come to him.

Talk about the principles of marriage that you learn about in Mark 10:6-8. Do the marriage Oreo object lesson to help your children better understand these principles. You can also study more about marriage between a man and a woman with The Family: A Proclamation to the World
Summary of this week’s Surprise Activity
Do the roll and sing activity to learn more about families and temples. Take turns rolling the dice to see which song you will sing. Let everyone have a turn to roll the dice.
