Toddler Come Follow Me Activity
Strengthen your testimony this week of the love the Savior has for us.
- Read or tell the story in the friend magazine about the father that saved the children in the boat. Just like that father, Jesus can save us. Color the coloring page and make aluminum foil boats.
- Show your child a clock. Explain that it tells time and helps us know when to do things like breakfast, play with friends, take a bath etc. Read Hosea 10:12 and explain that it’s always time to turn to the Lord.
- Read Joel 2:28-29. Jesus has promised to pour out His spirit to those who choose to follow Him. Set up a water table and use toys that can pour and collect water like spoons and cups.
Elementary Come Follow Me Activities
Summary of this week’s Go & Do Family Activity:
Read Joel 2:28-29 and talk about how the Holy Ghost can be our guide. Play the “Listen to the Still Small Voice Game” as you sing songs about the Holy Ghost.
Summary of this week’s Hands-On Learning Activity:
Read Hosea 2:19-20 and explain that God is comparing His relationship with us to marriage. Make slime and talk about what each of the ingredients represents. Discuss ways you can keep your covenants.
