Learn the song “When I am Baptized.” Give each person a mini songbook to help them learn the song. They can listen to the song as they color the black and white version and keep it by their beds to look at each night.

Read John 1:4-5 together and talk about Jesus being the light. Just like a light helps us see in the dark, Jesus is our light by his example and teachings to guide us through life. Make a glow in the dark picture frame with a picture of Jesus.

Learn the Nativity Song as a family. Use the printable nativity pieces as stick puppets to hold up when you sing about them. Sing this song every night before bed this week.

Think about what it might have been like for Mary to be visited by an angel and told that she would be the mother of Jesus. Read Luke 1:30-35 and color the Son of God picture. Help your child hang it up somewhere where they can see it throughout the year.
