July 31 – August 6 Come Follow Me Lesson for Kids: A Minister and a Witness

We have multiple lessons for a variety of ages in our digital subscription to help you find what works best for your family. Our goal is to help families come closer to Christ and we’ve worked really hard on providing more options to help families implement Come Follow Me in their home.

Toddler Come Follow Me Activity

  1. Read Acts 11:23. Talk about what it means to be of good cheer. Color the coloring page and then sing the song “If You’re Happy” (Children’s Songbook pg. 266). Let your kids come up with the actions to do while singing.
  2. In Acts 26:1-29 Paul bears his testimony of Christ. Discuss with your family what it means to bear your testimony. Print out the bear on sticker paper to put on their shirt. Or attach to their shirt with a safety pin or make a necklace by punching a hole and putting it on string. Help your child bear their testimony by prompting them with questions like “what do you know?” or “what do you believe?”
  3. Summarize the story of Paul in Acts 27. Be sure to point out that he uses the gift of seership to warn the passengers of danger. Talk about 2 things our prophet has warned us about recently. March around the house singing “Follow The Prophet” (Children’s Songbook pg 110).
