June 27 – July 3 Come Follow Me Lesson for Kids: If the Lord Be God, Follow Him

We have multiple lessons for a variety of ages in our digital subscription to help you find what works best for your family. Our goal is to help families come closer to Christ and we’ve worked really hard on providing more options to help families implement Come Follow Me in their home.

Toddler Come Follow Me Activity

This week in the toddler lessons we get to learn about the prophet Elijah.

1. The widow of the city of Zarephath gave the prophet Elijah food even though she didn’t have much. She was blessed because she gave what she had. As you color the coloring page think of things your family can share.
2. Work together to make the Elijah and the Ravens craft. Tell the story of Heavenly Father blessed Elijah and sent Ravens to bring him bread and meat during the drought.
3. Tell the story of Elijah and the widow in Zarephath. Teach your family that we will always be blessed when we listen to the prophet as you make bread together.

Elementary Come Follow Me Activities

Summary of this week’s Hands-On Learning Activity:

Learn about how the Holy Ghost speaks in a still small voice. Complete “the Holy Ghost is a gift” activity to learn more about how the spirit can speak to us.

Summary of this week’s Surprise Activity:

After reading or summarizing 1 Kings 17, play the fun miracle bags game. Pick a clue from the bag and guess the miracle. Or read the scripture that goes with the pictures to learn about the miracle.

Each week the Come Follow Me Teen Lesson includes 4 discussion questions, a challenge, QR code to a video made by experienced Seminary teachers, and a scripture print to print off and display.
