Throughout the week you will be following the timeline for the last week of Christ’s life. Complete the activity for each day and then hang the image in a timeline in your home. You can use string and clothespins or masking tape.
Start the lesson talking about Enos. Read Enos 1:4-27. Share with your family a time when your prayer was answered. After Nephi died, Jacob kept the history. He wrote things that are “most precious” to “hand them down from generation to generation.” We all need to keep a history of our lives to pass down our stories to our children. Talk about the importance of family history. Use the family tree provided in your materials and draw members of your family in the boxes.
Read 2 Nephi 31:20-21. Discuss as a family what it means to feast and how we can apply that to feasting on the words of Christ. Then complete the feasting on the words of Christ plate provided in your materials.
