In this Come Follow Me Lesson, we get to learn about the 2,000 stripling warriors. To give the kids an idea of how many 2,000 is complete the Count to 2,000 activity with rice or sprinkles.
Read Alma 54:10-23 or watch the Book of Mormon video that goes along with this lesson. See your lesson summary page for the QR code. As you watch you can color the Stripling Warriors coloring page or complete the Scripture Marking Guides.
Next play the Punch a Cup City Game. Learn the names of the cities and mark them in your scriptures. You can also use the images to make a map of all the cities
Included in your materials this week are War Story Character and Army Pieces. Consider putting these on felt or magnets to for the kids to play with throughout the week or to summarize what you are reading and learning about.
Characters in Alma Bingo is another idea provided for you to use as a bonus activity this week. As you call out the names read about them from the Character Key so you can get to know the characters. This will be a great game to play multiple times.
