It’s time to prepare for week 36, Be Ye Reconciled to God! This week’s scripture study is 2 Corinthians chapters 1-7.
We are so excited about the lesson bundle this week! The photo props are adorable and a fun way to teach about forgiveness. We provide you with instructions for a dollar bill object lesson to teach your kids about their worth in God’s eyes. The coloring page presents a good opportunity to have a discussion about being honest. 2 Corinthians 5:17 talks about becoming a new creature through Christ. To teach this principle we included a hands on activity using pasta noodles to learn about the life cycle of a butterfly. There is also a chart to learn about being made new through Christ as well as a Mystery Scripture Story.
Your kids will love all of these activities! Don’t forget about the song list on the summary sheet to incorporate music into your lesson. Music is a powerful way for children to learn.
