We’ve provided you with a cute turkey to use as a Thanksgiving activity. Print one for each person or just have one for the family. Write something on each feather that you are grateful for. Don’t forget about your free thanksgiving place mats and engineer print in your downloads as well!
In your bundle this week we have provide three teaching posters. These were meant to be simple enough that a child could read the story on the back of the picture and teach the family.
Another thing we get to learn about this week are Christlike attributes. Use the lego print outs to talk about how we can develop the qualities one at a time. You can use mega legos to help teach this principle as well. Or you can cut them out and tape them on a poster.
“As one characteristic becomes strong, so do many more.” Use the tapestry activity while you read and study 2 Peter 1:1-11 to talk about our divine nature. You could teach this by weaving a tapestry together like crocheting or weaving a paper basket.
Don’t forget about the bonus ideas you can use all week long. We have a coloring page, scripture story, song chart, and suggest you take a walk outside to observe God’s beautiful creations.
